Payment & Orders

We accept payment through our website with all major debit and credit cards or direct bank transfers.

You can register your salon to become a CHI NZ wholesale customer here

New wholesale customers must make payment through our website payment facilities or through direct bank transfer before their order is sent out. Once customers have built a credit rating with us they may order on account. Accounts are to be paid by the 20th day of the following month.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders placed with CHI NZ are sent via courier.

Orders placed by 3 pm will be sent out that day and delivery will be overnight throughout the North Island and 2 days to the South Island. If you require overnight delivery to the South Island please get in touch and we will try our best to make it happen!

We ship all of our products directly from our warehouse in Waiuku, south of Auckland.

Once the courier has collected your parcel from our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking code to follow your package.

Exchange & Returns

Yes! If you have a change of mind once you have placed your order get in touch with us and we can make any changes or cancel your order. Be quick though, we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround time.

If you would like to return your order let us know then simply send it back to our Waiuku warehouse and we will credit your account or swap it for another product.
